We share the stories of innovative brands around the world that are committed to bringing a positive impact to our world so that all consumers worldwide make informed decisions to bring positive impact to this world.
We have our own impact assessment tool and selection process. Over time, we built our own database of brands around the world, over 200 brands, that we consider are bringing positive impact to our world. We take a more generous approach, rather than a narrow one, when selecting the brands because we believe that by doing so, we are encouraging these brands and others to follow their footsteps. As human beings we are not perfect, and neither are brands. It is hard to be a 'perfect' brand, so we want to be the ones that encourage brands not criticize them. However, we promise you we do our best to do thorough research before introducing any brand in our platform.
There are a wide of definitions in this space. At Bettersoul, we define 'impact' and 'sustainable' brands as consumer companies that are environmentally or socially conscious (even better, both). The ones that are putting extra effort to send out positive messages and impact to this world through their products and services. Those that are mission-driven, as well as the ones that implement what they are committed to. Our goal is to support these mission-driven brands that are committed towards building a more sustainable future for this and the next generation.
We try to work directly with brands to get insider view and accurate information about each brand. It is our mission to deliver information that are fact based and not subjective. Sometimes we have direct interviews with the Founders, so that we deliver the correct messages about their mission, stories, products and services, and of their positive impact. As sustainability professionals, we maximize our experience and skills to do thorough research and analysis of each brand with publicly available information and to provide meaningful and valuable insights. Our information reflects the view of current date and will be frequently updated and can be corrected. Our information should not be construed as investment advice or seen as marketing material. While the data is from sources we believe to be reliable, we make no representation as to the completeness or accuracy of the data.

Bettersoul was created to encourage brands and compliment their efforts towards sustainability and allowing consumers first to know about this change. We believe by doing this, we can inspire other entrepreneurs and be the force for good in the market. As humans, we are imperfect. Likewise, so will the brands that are created by people.
